Introduction

Thank you for choosing James Dominic Music. Our instruments are handmade in Ireland and shipped using An Post.

Available destinations

We currently ship to Ireland, selected European countries, the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. The destinations currently available will be shown at checkout.

Shipping to the United Kingdom is temporarily unavailable.

Shipping costs

Tracked shipping is included free of charge for all destinations currently available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times begin when your order has been dispatched:

• Ireland: 1–7 business days

• European Union: 4–12 business days

• United States: 8–15 business days

• Other available international destinations: The current estimate will be shown at checkout

As our instruments are handmade, preparation time before dispatch may vary. You will receive confirmation when your order has shipped.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are controlled by the postal carriers handling the shipment.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered within the European Union are not normally subject to customs import charges.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes or customs-processing fees. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country. Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, they are not included in your order total and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Customs processing may also delay delivery. James Dominic Music cannot control customs decisions, charges or processing times.

Delivery delays

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of customs processing, postal-carrier disruption, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
