Not good shopping experience but wwhistle is wonderful.

I ordered it on Aug 8th and got it on 24th.
Contactability to the shop was not good , I didn't get reply on e-mails at all.it just small thing but I needed reassure that says they got it or seen the problem and it would be ok. Just one word I neede.
I understand it is high demand right now so the creator is busy but It says there is support team on contact form so I expect there is but no reply so maybe there is no support team.
It did arrive safely but the shipping address I told them that I wrote it wrong didn't get fixe so I had been very anxious. I don't know if they saw my message in the end. if you need to contact them , they did reply me once on facebook.
So that is why I rate 4 stars. honestly contactability was more lower. It's very unfortunate that I have to say this.
However the quality of low whistle is wonderful. I absolutely love the tone. It is like the one from videos on youtube.
No cracks, no bad edges, no bad smells. 5 stars for the whistle.
Very light weight. My 9.7 inch iPad feels much heavier.
It's my first low whistle and it's from Ireland, how exciting is that.
Thank you for the amazing work.

    Wonderful Wistle!

I bought this as a gift for my son and he loves it! He has been playing it almost nonstop and it has a delightful mellow sound.

    Smooth Play

I am a hobbyist and not a professional musician. Also, the only other low D whistle I have is a 15+ year old Howard. I find this low D takes a light amount of breath on the low octave and an easy amount on the second octave. The difference between the breath needed to pump up the tone to the next octave is enough that my lazy amount of breath control does not have me getting an unintentional jump in tone. The Dominic whistle sounds more mellow compared to my Howard. My Howard whistle takes a very careful amount of breath where the Dominic is more forgiving. Also, the steel tube Howard can be used as a club and is a bit heavy in the hands where the Dominic is light and easy to handle.
    Good Work Jimmy and family!

    Great instrument!

For the first time in my life I bought a Flute. After hearing many different low whistles I chose an James Dominic. It has a beautiful deep sound and a affordable price. So now I do practice every day to reach also the high notes. Although my upper hand is a bit overstretcht during playing I am really happy that I choose this Low Wistle.
